Among the Potential RAZZ-ees are: Kevin Costner, The Artist Formerly Known as Prince, William Shatner, Pauly Shore and All-Time RAZZIE Cham-Peen Sylvester Stallone as Worst Actor of The Century and Elizabeth Berkley, Bo Derek, Madonna, Brooke Shields and Pia Zadora as Worst Actress of The Century. Worst Picture of The Decade choices include past Worst Picture of The Year "Winners" AN ALAN SMITHEE FILM: BURN, HOLLYWOOD, BURN! HUDSON HAWK, THE POSTMAN, STRIPTEASE and (of course!) SHOWGIRLS. For 1999, the most-nominated titles include Worst Picture contenders WILD WILD WEST and THE HAUNTING plus three of The Year's Biggest Money-Makers: Adam Sandler's BIG DADDY, The Ultra-Low Budget "Thriller" BLAIR WITCH PROJECT and George Lucas' Pointless Prequel, STAR WARS: EPISODE I. Nominations were determined by mailing ballots to more than 450 G.R.A.F. members (film fans, film journalists and film professionals) in 34 US states and eight foreign countries. The RAZZIES were founded in 1980 by John Wilson, a UCLA Film School graduate and author of EVERYTHING I KNOW I LEARNED AT THE MOVIES. The actual RAZZIE Award, a gold-spray-painted plastic raspberry atop a mangled Super 8 film reel, now has an inflation-adjusted estimated street value of about $4.27.
